If you are sending to a regional area, country area, (especially in WA) your parcel may take longer to reach it’s destination. Please allow for 7-12 business days. If you need your order delivered ASAP, please see Express Delivery below. The below estimates are for Metro Areas only.

OUR COURIERS CAN’T DELIVER TO PO/GPO/PL
If the receiver is located in a isolated location or a hard to find address, please note this in the courier notes. In these cases, the courier may leave at a nearby post office and contact the receiver to collect. If you can only get your order delivered to a Parcel Locker/box, please contact us before checkout via [email protected] – additional fees may apply.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
Please have you order delivered to an address where the parcel can be left safely (out of the weather and out of sight). You can give us additional instructions at checkout where best to leave it/hide it. EXPRESS DELIVERY
Processing your order as EXPRESS means that you will jump the queue, have your order processed within 1 hour (of payment) and will have it delivered via express post. *Please keep in mind that you won’t be able to take advantage of our flat-rate delivery of $9.95 under $100 or free delivery over $100. You will pay the cost price of express postage. There are no extra processing fees for this service.

Your customer service rep will then create a custom link for you to checkout securely on the website.
Once payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 1 hour after order confirmation and dispatch the same day. Cut off time for Express orders is 4:30pm ACDT Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays (as applicable to South Australia).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Contact us [email protected] to arrange an International order. We will quote you based on your parcel size and weight.
Payment is made via a secure link on our website.
If you would like to purchase more than one item send us a screenshot of your cart.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
We currently are not shipping to Ukraine, Russia, Mexico, South Africa, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Guatemala, Portugal & Afghanistan.

ORDER NOTIFICATIONS
To keep you informed of the status of your order, you will be sent notification emails;
> Order Confirmation Email (Summary and Invoice – Straight after Checkout) – We don’t include a paper receipt with your order.
> Ready For Dispatch Email (Once your order has been booked in for courier pickup)
> In Transit Email (This email will contain your tracking and will be from the courier service)

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All the products featured on Luxah are stored on site ready to go out to their new homes.
You can see stock levels when you click on a product. If we are ‘out of stock’, you may request to be informed when we get a top-up by simply adding your email address into the submission box underneath the red out of stock notification (on the product’s page).
PRE-ORDERS: Occasionally we may open popular items for pre-order. This is only if we have an extensive wait list and we have secured stock. Please refer to the top of the product’s description for more information. If a pre-ordered item is purchased alongside a in-stock item, these will be shipped together when the pre-order arrives.
ACCOUNT HOLDERS: If you are logged in using your Luxah Account, there’s no need to type in your email address. Simply click the ‘NOTIFY’ button, and you will be notified automatically when the products back in stock. You can keep track of all products on your ‘Waiting List’ by simply going into your ‘ACCOUNT’ and clicking ‘Waitlist’.
