In the first few years of your child’s life, dry skin conditions such as eczema can cause itching and scratching leading to sleepless nights, irritable children and frustrated parents. Most recommendations are usually cheap paraffin or mineral oil based creams, the problem with these is that they are petrochemical based found in the production of industrial chemicals and plastic products. Would you want to put chemicals used in a petrochemical plant on your child? Lovekins uses natural ingredients to help strengthen and soothe your baby’s eczema skin condition.

ABOUT THE BRAND

LOVEKINS

Born and raised in Darwin, NT, Amanda grew up with fresh air, clean water and organic produce bought regularly from the farmers at the local markets. After the birth of her second child (who regularly suffered from eczema) Amanda became passionate about sourcing natural products that would soothe and heal her delicate baby skin. (The doctors could only offer steroid creams that provided temporary relief. They didn’t address the cause of the problem). She soon discovered that her own homemade skincare recipes, combined with a healthy diet, helped her daughter more than the pharmaceutical creams ever could. This was the point when she realised that something had to change and it became the driving force behind Lovekins. “Through Lovekins, I want to empower families to help keep their baby’s skin healthy and thriving. My mission is to give parents a pure, natural, Australian skincare range they can trust.”
