Care instructions: Hand or machine wash on gentle cycle (30c) using mild detergent. Do not rub, soak or wring. Do not bleach. Line dry in shade. Wash separately before use. Launder whites, colours and prints separately. Dry cleanable.
Handy tips: Brushed type of cotton is very soft to the touch and wonderful for babies. Here are some tips to keep your brush cotton play mat looking great! The first time you wash the play mat, add about a half cup of white vinegar to the wash to keep the fabric from pilling. It also makes the colour longer lasting. Skip fabric softener on the play mat; it can actually make the fabric stiff and uncomfortable. Also, running an extra rinse cycle will remove any residue that can cause the fabric to feel stiff. Use warm water instead of hot, though cold is a good option, too. Your play mat should be air dried, optimally, though a low heat setting is fine as well.
