By Far my favourite motto in life. “Do no harm, take no shit”.

As much as we feel we have control over how we present ourselves. There’s no changing what others do.

And in some cases, the things that others do, can be shit.

So, why should you be a push-over? Why would you need to put up with that shit?

Well, you don’t. So in saying that, do no harm, but also (most definitely) – take no shit.
