ABOUT THE BRAND

KIPPINS

Heather Rowland, the co-founder of Kippins, embarked on a quest to find the perfect comforter during her first pregnancy in 2012. She wanted a cool, organic, machine washable, and ethically produced comforter that could make her baby feel secure even when she and her partner were not around. However, she couldn’t find anything that met all her requirements. Heather came up with the concept of Kippins during a restless night after having a bizarre pregnancy dream. After several years of refinement, Kippins was launched in 2014, and since then, tens of thousands of babies have enjoyed the comfort and security of Kippins products. The company is owned by Heather and her husband and co-founder, David, with product testing assistance from their two sons, Jack and Tommy.
