Bondi Kiss is bringing new life to the age old favourite paw paw ointment. With all the benefits of traditional Paw Paw ointment but with the added goodness of Vitamin E & of course SPF to protect from the harmful effects of the Australian Sun. Bondi Kiss comes in 3 flavours but lets first check out the ingredients in more detail.
Organic Papaya Fruit “Carica Papaya Extract”
Coconut Oil “Cocos Nucifera”
Vitamin E “Tocopherol”
Sun Protection Factor (SPF15+)
Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate: A organic ingredient often found in sunscreen products. It’s used to absorb, reflect, and scatter UV rays and protects the skin from sunburn and other damaging effects of the sun.
Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane: Is used in many different sun protection products to absorb UV rays. It’s best known for its ability to absorb ultraviolet rays and to convert those rays into less damaging heat.
Octocrylene: An organic ingredient often found in sunscreens and cosmetics. It is a clear liquid that also helps to moisturise the skin while minimising damage from prolonged sun exposure.
Remember, sun damage builds over time, so it’s never too late to start good practices by using a lip balm with SPF to protect your skin. The key is to make sure you reapply often when you’re out and about for the best protection.
Other Ingredients
Petrolatum: Also known as petroleum jelly, is found in a wide variety of beauty products. It’s a soft paraffin or wax mixture that is the perfect moisturising agent. When properly refined, it has no known health concerns.
Sorbitan Olivate: This is 100% organic olive oil. It’s known for its highly moisturising effect as well as being hypoallergenic and its ability to biomimic the skin.
Beta-Carotene: Beta-carotene is an organic, coloured red-orange pigment. In our lip balm, it’s used as a natural colourant to leave your lips with a slight, temporary tint.

Bondi Kiss Flavours
// Manuka Honey // One of the most unique and beneficial forms of honey in the world. Made in New Zealand, Manuka Honey is produced by the bees that pollinate the Manuka bush. It’s one of nature’s richest antimicrobial sources containing up to four times the vitamins and minerals of other honeys. In fact, researchers at New Zealand University discovered that Manuka Honey contains considerably higher enzymes, so much so that it works as an antibacterial. ‘Mel’ on the ingredient list (short for Methylglyoxal). Pick Manuka Honey if you’re prone to cracked or dry lips. It not only helps wounds heal more quickly, it can provide pain relief and decrease inflammatory responses.
// Salted Caramel // You might not think that salted caramel has any benefits beyond flavour, but that’s not quite true. The sea salt in Bondi Kiss’s salted caramel lip balm is a natural detoxifier. Salt helps absorb toxins in the skin for healthier and softer lips. Plus, sea salt is full of vital vitamins and minerals, which are required for providing proper nourishment to our skin cells. These nutrients even improve hydration and boost blood circulation. ‘Flavor’ & ‘Sea Salt’ on the ingredient list. Pick Salted Caramel if you’re all about the salted caramel, chocolate, popcorn, life. Stands to reason if you love eating it, you will love it on your lips. (Vegan Friendly)
// Coconut // Not only is coconut a great flavour, but it also has many impressive health benefits. All Bondi Kiss’s Lip Balms benefit from the addition of Organic Coconut, however this one has added coconut flavour to really bring out that Coconut vibe! ‘Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil’ & ‘Flavor’ on the ingredient list. Pick Coconut if the smell of coconut sends you day dreaming to a tropical island sipping on Pina Coladas. Not only does this product contain coconut oil but natural coconut flavour too. Welcome to coco-heaven. (Vegan Friendly)
